I studied medicine at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel. I did my psychiatry training at the Menninger Clinic, in Kansas and later in Houston, when it merged with Baylor.
I'm licensed to practice medicine in Oregon and Massachusetts. I’m board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and by the new National Board of Physicians and Surgeons.
I've worked in many different public and quasi-public settings alongside private practice. I've worked in many different inpatient and outpatient settings, and thus have a lot of experience with a wide variety of patients, as well as with the intricacies of the healthcare system. I now do private practice only.
I believe in nature, art, logic and in the uniqueness of each individual. I'm not a corporate-speak type of person.
